Payments

Costs below include all meals and private bath. Air travel is not included. Ground transportation from the New Orleans airport is available for an additional $25 dollars each way.

​​Cost Per In-Person Retreat: $795 (single),  $750 (double)

Cost for Both In-Person Retreats: $1,490 (single), $1400 (double) - $100 savings

Early Bird Special: $775 (single), $725 (double)

   Book by Feb 15 (spring) & July 15 (fall)

Cost for Zoom Retreats: Suggested $25 donation per retreat, $200 for all 10, $0 if attending in-person retreat(s)

Space is limited and a deposit of $75.00 is due at registration to hold your space.

If you are paying by check, your registration will be confirmed upon its receipt.

The balance is due by February 15, 2025 for the Spring retreat and by July 15 for the Fall retreat. 

If unable to pay the entire amount at once, we do offer payment plans. Please contact Lori Asburry at southeasterncourage@gmail.com.

A limited number of partial scholarships are available upon request. Scholarship applications will not be considered without the $75.00 deposit. Scholarship applications are accepted through  January 31, 2025. 

Cancelations made prior to March 1, 2025 for the Spring retreat and prior to August 15, 2025 will receive their full balance less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be administered for cancelations after these dates. If an emergency arises, please contact Lori Asburry at southeasterncourage@gmail.com and a credit for a future retreat may be granted.
